About the event

The National Day of Remembrance for Homicide Victims is a time to honor the lives of those taken by homicide, stand alongside the families and friends who continue to grieve, and raise awareness of the lasting impact of violent crime. Hosted by Grant Me Justice, this annual community gathering offers a space for remembrance, hope, healing, and connection through inspiring speakers, heartfelt tributes, music, and the lighting of candles in memory of loved ones. Together, we remember every life, honor every story, and reaffirm our commitment to supporting survivors and building safer communities.
