About the event
The Grant Me Justice Survivor Care Team Meeting brings together the compassionate individuals who help ensure families impacted by homicide receive meaningful, consistent, and personal support.
This gathering is an opportunity for our team to reconnect, strengthen communication, review the needs of the families we serve, and prepare for the work ahead. Together, we will discuss how we can better coordinate care, connect families with resources, provide encouragement, and make sure no family feels forgotten or left to navigate this journey alone.
Our Survivor Care Team is more than a group of volunteers, it is an extension of the heart of Grant Me Justice, showing up with compassion, consistency, and purpose when families need it most.
