The Uplift & Unwind Retreat is a restorative healing experience created by Grant Me Justice for individuals impacted by grief, trauma, and loss. Designed as a sacred pause from daily pressures, this retreat offers a safe, supportive space to rest, reflect, and reconnect—mind, body, and spirit.
Through guided conversations, moments of quiet reflection, community fellowship, and intentional self-care, participants are invited to release what they’ve been carrying and receive renewal without judgment or expectation. Uplift & Unwind honors the strength it takes to survive while making room for rest, healing, and hope. This retreat is not about fixing pain—it’s about creating space for restoration, resilience, and renewed purpose.
